2. How do I register for the service? It couldn't be easier. Just send a digiTEXT!
FROM your phone menu SELECT "Messages"
SELECT Edit or Write Message
Type in the key word for the information you want.
Now send this message to INFO (4636).
3. How much does this service cost - Sending requests to subscribe for a Digi INFO Alerts service is FREE - Receipt of messages are charged at the same rates as those for regular Digi INFO (ECD$0.65 per request) - Charges are based on new content and NOT per message received. Example: If a customer subscribes to the Daily News and the News for a particular day spans 3 messages, the customer would only be charged once, and not for the delivery of 3 messages.
4. How do I stop the subscription to Digi INFO Alerts?
All customers regardless of the method used to register can also
un-register using the appropriate keyword(s) by sending a text to 4636; example: To
Un-Subscribe to Daily News text XNEWS to 4636 (INFO)
5.Does a Digi INFO Alert expire?
No. Messages will be delivered to your handset for your subscription
until you choose to end your subscription.
6.Would I be charged for sending the text to be removed from the Digi INFO Alerts service?
No. There would be no charge for un-subscribing.
7.Does this replace the current Digi INFO service?
No. The regular Digi INFO service would still be available.
